Credits and Billing in Link AI

Link AI runs on a pay-as-you-go credit model. No monthly fee, no hidden tiers, no minimums. You pay only for what you use.

How Credits Are Counted

The model is simple. Two types of actions consume credits:

Example: 50-lead campaign with 2 follow-ups

  • 50 lead research = 50 credits
  • 50 initial emails = 50 credits
  • 50 × 2 follow-ups ≈ 100 credits (if no one replies — in practice less, since some reply after the first)
  • Total max: 200 credits
In practice, with an average 7% reply rate — you’ll burn ~180 credits on a campaign like this.

Why Both Research and Email Count

This isn’t double-charging. The two products are distinct:
  • Research covers the entire AI pipeline behind the scenes: Apollo enrichment, Exa search, email validation, and LLM generation. Real cost per lead research = much more than 1 credit in API spend.
  • Email sent covers the infrastructure to deliver via Gmail/Outlook APIs, deliverability tracking, and reply detection.
This model means that leads you reject after preview don’t count as emails sent — you only paid for the research.

What Doesn’t Consume Credits

  • Preview generation (before Launch) — free. You can see 20 leads with ready messages before paying to send
  • Reply handling — replies sync back to your Inbox at no extra cost
  • Reporting / Dashboard — free. No campaign-view limit
  • Warmup — free, built in
  • Rejecting a lead from preview — free. You only paid for research; the email never leaves

Available Packs

Credits don’t expire. Buy 500 once, use them over time. The per-credit price drops as the pack scales. For 1,000+ leads/month, Scale or Enterprise is the most cost-effective.

How to Pick a Pack

Payment and Invoicing

  • Payment: Stripe. Credit card or monthly invoicing for orgs.
  • Tax invoice: automatic after every purchase. Visible at Settings → Billing → Invoices.
  • Israeli business invoicing: supported. Fill out company details in the account and invoices are issued to the company with VAT.
  • Refunds: any issue — contact us. If something didn’t work properly (technical issue, a deliverability bug on our side), we refund credits without questions.

Tracking Usage

In the Dashboard, Settings → Billing → Usage, you’ll see:
  • Credits balance (how many remain)
  • Used this month
  • Used by campaign (what consumed the most)
  • 30-day trend graph
Tip: if usage doesn’t match expectations — check at campaign level. Sometimes an over-broad ICP burns research credits without a great reply rate, and tightening the ICP fixes it.
